people to work on their mental and physical health through the power of cold. We do so by
creating affordable, sustainable, and effort-free icebaths which are the very best in the world.
Now it’s time for our next step: conquering the United States icebath market.
Stepping into an icebath for the first time, the power of the cold makes you want to jump out
like you’ve been hit by lightning. However, once you’ve focused, taken some big breaths,
and realized that conquering ice water equals conquering your mind, you begin to feel the
big benefits. We certainly did – and we’re not the only ones. Since we’ve started Icetubs in 2023, more
and more people are joining the movement. They do so not only because science proves
that cold exposure improves for your physical and mental health, but also because they
profit from the benefits of icebaths daily.
To help them do so, we’ve created what we believe is simply the best ice bath in the world.
Made from sleek stainless steel and beautiful thermowood, effortlessly powered by our
Dutch designed state-of-the-art icetubs engine. Durable, sustainable, simple, and stylish.
By now, Rico Verhoeven (heavy-weight world champion with Glory Kickboxing) also became
part of the Icetubs-story as a partner and investor. Cold exposure is indispensable for him in
his routine to reach peak performance when he steps into the ring and when he is recovering
afterwards.
After selling many icebaths in Europe, it is now time to conquer the American market. On the
1 st of April we will open our first US office and take a big step into becoming the biggest
icebath seller in the world.
To help finance this incredible journey, we are offering 6.13% of our shares in exchange for 1 million euro. We will use this capital to stimulate our sales in the United States. We choose this financing-model specifically because we believe that we can make more impact with many co-owners, who join our mission and feel like fans and ambassadors. Our goal is to create a community and having a big group of investors will be a huge support for our team.
